Buying your Christmas Tree:

All our Trees are:
  • Cut off at the base
  • Freshly cut - no more than 3 weeks before they go on sale
  • Grown to be used as Christmas trees.
  • Two trees are planted to replace each cut tree

Rooted Trees:
  • We do not sell rooted trees
  • Trees regularly moved inside are likely to be in poor condition or may die

Measuring & pricing:
  • Each tree is labeled with species and height
  • Trees are sold in height classes, each class is subject to a tolerance e.g. a 1.8m ( 6' ) tree will measure between 1.7m ( 5'6" ) and 2m ( 6'6" )
  • Each label relates to signs detailing prices

The best time to buy:
  • All trees are covered by our guarantee whenever they are bought
  • The sales points are very busy for the two weekends before Christmas day

Guarantees:

If you are unhappy with the needle retention of your tree we will exchange it for another or refund your money until 21st December 2002 provided
  • You can provide a valid till receipt.
  • You return the tree
  • You can demonstrate that you looked after your tree as recommended in our Tree Guide.
  • Needle loss is greater than indicated in our Tree Guide
  • Refunds are not available to schools/nurseries etc. after the end of term.
